Benefit payment processing freeze – mid-August

As part of the annual review after each 30 June Scheme year-end, the Trustee calculates and allocates final year-end returns. To do this, the Trustee temporarily suspends benefit payments, although urgent payments can still be processed in exceptional cases. This suspension ensures that the correct account balances are used for earnings allocation.

This year, the benefit payment suspension will be from 18 to 21 August. To avoid delays for any upcoming payment or withdrawal requests, please email them to the Fund administrator at nztrsserp@mercer.com before 18 August.
